How do I add food?
Open Add, enter a food name, choose a storage location and optionally set an expiry date. Expiry dates are optional.
Why did I not get a reminder?
Check notification permission, the reminder switch and the selected reminder days. Battery or system settings may also delay notifications.
What happens if I delete the app?
The food list and scheduled reminders are stored on this device and are removed when you delete the app.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings > Language and choose a language. The app only shows one language at a time.
Does the app decide whether food is safe to eat?
No. FridgeTick organizes the dates you enter. Always check the package, storage conditions, smell and local food-safety guidance before eating food.
