NEMOJI is a manuscript-paper writing app. This policy distinguishes information stored on your device from information processed by external services. Available features and choices depend on your installed app version.
Optional app usage analytics
On supported versions, turning on “App usage analytics” in Settings enables Google Firebase Analytics to process app-use events such as app opens, engagement time and successful writing or artwork-image saves. This option is off by default and separate from advertising measurement. Declining does not restrict app features, and you can turn it off at any time.
The service may process app/SDK-generated identifiers, app version, device/OS/language information and the IP address used in network communication. Custom events contain only a fixed app label and predefined action types. Your writing, titles, signatures, images and selected prompts are not sent. Firebase advertising-ID and IDFV collection are disabled, and consent for advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization is denied. Existing AdMob processing is described separately in the advertising section.
Turning this option off stops new analytics collection. It cannot recall information already sent or in flight; uninstalling the app does not delete information already sent to Google. Google may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Retention and deletion follow Analytics settings and Google’s policies. Contact us below for privacy-rights or deletion requests.
On-device information
No account is required. Your writing, titles, signatures, dates, chosen prompts, font and paper settings, and drafts are stored on your device. Prompt replacement counts, reminder times, ad display times and consent choices may also be stored locally. The app does not send your writing to an operator server or advertising provider. Prompt reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
Advertising and external services
The app uses Google AdMob and Google’s consent management tools. Google and providers involved in ad delivery may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing depends on your operating system, permissions and consent choices. The app currently requests non-personalized ads; this does not mean no advertising data is processed.
Where consent is required, the consent form provides purposes and a provider list and lets you consent or decline. On supported app versions, you can revisit your choices through “Ad privacy settings” when that option is displayed in Settings. Declining advertising consent or tracking permission does not prevent writing.
External providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Google Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit. Provider retention, deletion and international transfer practices are described in their policies:
Optional Meta advertising measurement
On supported versions, enabling “Ad effectiveness measurement” allows the app to use the Meta SDK to send installation/app activation, app-open, first writing-save and completed artwork-image-save signals. This option is off by default. iOS additionally requires tracking permission. It is separate from Google advertising consent; measurement is currently unavailable in regions where consent is required.
The recipients are Meta and the relevant entities identified in its privacy policy. The purpose is to understand advertising acquisition and subsequent app use. In addition to event names and times, the SDK may process the app identifier/version, an SDK-generated identifier, device/OS/language/time-zone/display information and the IP address involved in network communication. Automatic purchase events and advertising-ID collection (IDFA/Android advertising ID) are disabled. Your writing, titles, signatures, images and selected prompts are not included in this measurement.
You can turn measurement off in Settings without losing writing, fonts or image saving. Turning it off stops new measurement dispatches by the app; it does not recall requests already sent or in flight, or automatically delete information held by Meta. Uninstalling the app does not delete information already sent to Meta.
Meta may process information outside your country under its own policies. Retention periods and deletion/rights procedures depend on those policies and the processing purpose; the app operator does not guarantee a separate Meta retention period. Contact NEMOJI below or use the rights procedures in Meta’s privacy policy.
Saving, sharing and permissions
Choosing Save adds an artwork image to your photo library. Photo saving permission may be requested depending on the OS. Notifications are requested when enabling reminders and can be disabled in system settings. Choosing Share or Copy sends the selected text or image to the OS share interface or clipboard. Any app you choose then handles the information under its own policy.
Retention, deletion and your choices
You can delete saved writing in the app. Removing the app or clearing app data may delete local information; OS backups must be managed separately. Copies in your photo library or other apps are not automatically removed when you delete a manuscript. Advertising information is retained under Google and other applicable providers’ policies. Device advertising settings also offer identifier and advertising controls.
Contact us below for access, correction, deletion, restriction or consent withdrawal requests. For advertising data we do not hold, we may direct you to the provider’s process. Your email and attachments are processed through the email service to respond to your inquiry. You do not need to include private writing or unnecessary personal details.
