Camera, import or location is unavailable
Open your device settings and allow NeverSame to use the camera, selected photos or location as needed. Location is optional: a photo can still be saved with date and time only. Imported photos open a confirmation screen so the original capture information can be reviewed instead of using the import time.
A photo does not align with earlier records
Check the project’s frame aspect and guide settings. The frame guide can stay enabled while the previous-photo overlay is disabled for projects, such as meals, where exact alignment is not useful.
My photos disappeared
Photos and project information are stored on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data may permanently remove content that was not exported or backed up. DDak Labs cannot restore local content from a server.
How do I change advertising consent?
Open Settings → Information & privacy → Advertising privacy. The available form depends on your region and prior choices.
