Rider Ledger

Privacy Policy

Last updated July 29, 2026

English

DDak Labs (“we”) operates Rider Ledger. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Summary
Your ledger stays on your device unless you choose cloud backup. The app uses Google services for basic usage analysis and advertising.

1. Information handled

Information stored on your device

Income and expense records, work-related details, goals, and app settings are stored on your device. Exported backup files may contain the same information. DDak Labs does not receive these records unless you choose cloud backup or send us a file.

Cloud backup

No backup ID is created during initial setup. When you press the cloud backup button for the first time, the app creates a unique backup ID and sends your ledger, settings, backup date, and summary information to the Rider Ledger backup service so that you can restore them later. Keep the backup ID private because it is required for restoration.

Analytics and advertising

Firebase Analytics may process basic app usage, device/app information, approximate region, identifiers, and diagnostics to improve the service. Ledger content such as amounts and custom labels is not included in analytics events.

Google AdMob may process device, advertising, network, interaction, approximate-region, and diagnostic information to provide and measure ads and prevent abuse. The app requests non-personalized ads. Where required, advertising privacy choices are provided before ads are requested and can be revisited from Settings.

Support email

If you contact us, Google’s Gmail service and DDak Labs may process your email address, message, device/app details, and attachments you choose to send.

2. Purposes and service providers

Service Provider Purpose
Rider Ledger backup service DDak Labs using Cloudflare Backup and restore requested by the user
Firebase Analytics Google LLC Aggregate feature use and reliability
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform Google LLC Ads, consent, measurement, and fraud prevention
Gmail Google LLC Support correspondence

See Google Privacy & Terms, Google partner-site information, and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

3. Retention, deletion, and choices

  • Local records remain until you delete them, clear app data, or remove the app. Removing the app may permanently delete local records.
  • Local backup files remain wherever you save or share them.
  • A cloud backup remains available for restoration until it is overwritten or deleted by DDak Labs.
  • Cloud-backup deletion is handled only by email request. Email us with the backup ID; we may ask for information needed to verify the request.
  • Google retains analytics and advertising data according to its service settings and policies.
  • You can use the in-app advertising privacy option when available, change device advertising settings, delete local data, or stop using cloud backup.

4. International processing and children

Google and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than yours. Rider Ledger is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request a child’s name or contact details.

5. Contact and changes

Privacy questions, rights requests, and cloud-backup deletion requests may be sent to ddaklabs@gmail.com. Include your backup ID only when a backup-related request requires it; do not send unnecessary ledger details.

Material changes will be published here with a revised date.
